The exposition will be arranged inside a dome type structure fully covered by water proof roofing and well guarded enclosure. Flooring will be of synthetic carpet spread over wooden platforms, laid in uniform level.

For stall sizes, areas, stall numbers, with their respective charges, please refer the table. (Taxes applicable are extra)
Light/s, one 15 Amp. power plug socket, one table and two chairs will be provided to each standard stall (2mx3m). Proportionate number of free supplies will be provided to all other type of stalls.
Adequate security and emergency exits. Provision of mobile Fire Extinguisher, & Fire Fighting arrangement. CCTV surveillance, Drinking water. Business lounge for meetings & discussions. Inclusion of exhibitor’s name & products in the list circulated to the media. Advertisement & extensive publicity of Rachana 2020, through news papers, digital media, periodicals, conferences, interviews & invitations, directory of the exhibitors, LED display screen 10’x20’ (conditions apply) in central lawn, adequate free parking space.
